About the Role
Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and Marz Restoration standards
Perform production processes, demolition, and other intensive tasks
Operate company vechicle
Maintain equipment and vechicle organzied and in clean appearance
Complete water extraction services
Set up drying equipment
Must input drying related readings, pictures, and notes on a daily basis
Must demostrate our core values and show respect and courtesy to all customer and employees
Willingness to work as a team and learn the important details of the restoration industry
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
Requirements
Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills, ability to use phone/tablet applications
High school diploma/GED
A valid WA driver's license with at least a 3-year clean driving record
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally
Ability to successfully complete required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law
Ability to work on a on call schedule that will include weekends and/or holidays
IICRC Certifications preferred but not required.
Good customer service skills
Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
